and beyond for many years, tour operator and other company in tourism
industry to provide our netter wide range of accommodation, unique
tour packages, activities, course, wedding, etc to choose from.
RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Your reservastion will proceed if you completely fill in our reservation
form. You will receive a repply within 2 x 24 hours. if your reservation
can not be confirmed our staff will inform you and offer an alternative
sugestion. To confirm your reservation we request copy both side
of your Credit Cards, Copy Passport Photo Page, fulfill Credit Card
Authorization Form and signature
PAYMENT
Full payment has to be made in advance prior to arrival through
Bali Hotel Holiday by Bank transfer (additional fee 10 % from total
amount) or by credit card (additional fee 3.5 % from total amount)
(only Visa and Master Card accepted) at least 7 Days prior arrival
(Low Season) and
14 Days at High Season and 30 Days at Peak Season. All rate is quoted
in US Dollar (US$), otherwise mention in other specified currency
such as in Indonesian Rupiah. However, all transaction will be converted
into Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and exchange rate based on the time
of transaction.
CANCELLATION and REFUND
The cancellation fee will not charge by Bali Hotel Holiday. However
cancellation fees might be charged by Hotel or other arranger with
whom agreement have been made and for such condition that may occur,
these fees will be charge to the clients.
One night cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is
done within 7 Days prior to arrival at a Low Season and 14 Days at
a High Season and 30 Days at Peak Season. No Refund is applicable
for "no show".
CONFIRMATION SLIP, PERFORMA INVOICE
We will send your Confirmation Slip and Performa Invoice by e-mail
or facsimile when your reservation is already confirmed. (Please
print this confirmation slip and bring together with you and show
to the receptionist of the hotel upon check in). Bali Hotel Holiday
directly sends original voucher to the respective hotel.
Note: Please mention your Confirmation Slip if you have any other
inquiry such as Optional or Package Tours or any other arrangement.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Each traveler shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate
visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers
to Indonesia must be in possession of passports with at least six
months validity beyond anticipated return date and have proof of
onward journey, either return of through tickets.
LAW OF AGREEMENT
The laws of the Republic of Indonesia shall govern this agreement.
Any claim or legal action arising relating this agreement, the regulations
of the Republic of Indonesia shall rule.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to reservation, purchase
of services and other uses of portion of this site and you agree
to abide by such other Terms and Conditions.

is correct or in case we need your telephone or facsimile, please
supply us.
