Our property is a boutique hotel were each room is a private
villa offering hotel service with the privacy of your own
Balinese home. Owned and managed by Australian couple Louise
and Marcus who’s aim is to provide a western standard
of service in a relaxed Balinese atmosphere.
We offer 15 self contained one and two bedroom private affordable
villas. Each Villa has its own individual entrance and manicured
garden and lawn.
All Luxury Class villas have been recently renovated and
offer modern conveniences such as air-conditioned bedrooms
and cable T.V while still maintaining the traditional Bali
style with thatched roofs and open-air bathrooms and living
areas.
Our standard rooms provide fan-cooled comfort in a more
traditional style bungalow.

Villa Coco Bali is a boutique property offering 15 self-contained
1 & 2 bedroom bungalows. The Hotel was established over
12 years ago when Seminyak was still a quiet farming district.
Renovations were carried out in 2001 to completely modernize
the villas and to improve the facilities without damaging
the existing gardens or disrupting the traditional Balinese
design of the property.
The spacious two storey, thatched roof villas feature upstairs
bedrooms with en-suites. Downstairs there is a separate
lounge, kitchen and dining area with open-air garden style
bathroom. Each villa has its own yard and lush tropical
gardens, most with large mature trees to give shade on those
hot Bali days.
All of our Luxury villas have a kitchenette with a gas
stove, toaster oven, crockery, cutlery, electric kettle,
pots and pans.
We also provide a supermarket, deli, and restaurant delivery
service, including beer and wine at very reasonable prices
direct to your Villa. Guests can also choose from reasonably
priced basic food items from the shopping basket in each
room.
The peaceful, relaxed atmosphere offers travelers tranquility
whilst still in the heart of the action. Only three minutes
walk to the beach (150m) and Seminyak’s Shopping,
Restaurant and Nightlife area.
