Tabanan

The Tabanan region offers a wide range of landscapes from volcanic mountains to rich rice plants. This is the rice bowl of Bali, with higher yields of rice than anywhere else. From the deserted , black sand beaches to the tropical rain forests, Tabanan is an area rich with its visual offerings. 

Tabanan's shore is an emergent tourist resorts, even though its coast is quite dangerous, with little reef as buffer. At the end of every side road to the coast lies a long beach, with surf sometimes break over 3 meters high. 

Tabanan's landscape varies from volcanic mountains to terraced rice plains. This is the rice bowl of Bali, with higher production of rice than anywhere else. Tabanan, with its beaches and tropical rainforests, is one of the most beautiful districts in Bali. 

In Krambitan, the Tabanan royal family has two palaces from the 17th Century- Puri Anyar and Puri Agung Wisata. Visitors would be able to capture the rich past of royal Balinese life. Just head up into the hills for breathtaking views of Southern Bali.
